Career workspace
Your profile, evidence, roles, notes, and résumé drafts are processed in your browser. The workspace does not upload those fields to our server. Device saving is optional and uses this browser’s local storage. Without device saving or a downloaded backup, closing or refreshing the tab can lose your work.
Browser storage is not encrypted by Selfrelay. Anyone with access to your browser profile may be able to read it. “Clear workspace” removes the local saved copy. Browser backups and files you downloaded are separate copies you manage.
Cloud shared context
The separate shared-context workspace uses Sign in with ChatGPT. The hosting platform provides your signed-in identity. We associate saved statements with an account identifier and store statements, source notes, reviewed dates, grant metadata, and hashed access tokens in the hosted database.
The host and infrastructure providers process this data to operate the service. This is not end-to-end encryption or a server-blind vault. Do not use this early beta for identity documents, passwords, financial account details, medical records, or confidential third-party information.
Sharing and revocation
A grant exposes an exact snapshot of selected statements. Anyone holding its bearer token can read that snapshot until the grant expires or is revoked. Recipient and purpose are labels chosen by the owner; they do not verify the recipient’s identity or technically constrain what a recipient does with a downloaded copy.
Editing or deleting a cloud statement revokes its linked grants and clears their stored snapshots. Revoking a grant blocks future reads and clears its snapshot. Account data deletion removes your cloud statements and grants. Provider backups and operational logs may have separate retention; we do not promise immediate physical erasure from every backup.
AI tools and exports
Copying a context pack into an AI sends the selected text to that service under its own policies. The beta does not automatically call an AI model or import your chat history. Dedicated name and contact fields are omitted from context packs by default; free text, notes, and résumé drafts may still contain identifying details. Inspect the full preview before sharing.
Service data
The website and hosting providers process technical request data such as IP addresses, request times, and browser information. The API uses temporary rate-limit counters to control abuse. Fictional demo grants expire after 15 minutes and are periodically cleaned up during demo requests. We have not added advertising pixels or analytics that record career-workspace text.
If you email us, we receive your message and address to respond. There is no sale of personal profiles or population analytics in this beta.
